Influencersforce, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website (influencersforce.ai) and our application (influencersforce.com).

To provide our AI-driven influencer marketing platform, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email, company details, billing information.
  • Brand DNA & Inputs: GTM strategy, product descriptions, and brand guidelines provided by you to instruct our AI Agents.
  • Third-Party OAuth Data: When you authorize our platform to connect to third-party services (such as Google/Gmail and YouTube), we collect authorization tokens and specific data sets authorized by you (see Section 3).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Influencersforce AI Agentic workflows.
  • Execute influencer discovery, channel audits, and automated outreach.
  • Process transactions and send related administrative communications.
  • Detect and prevent security incidents.

3. Google API Services & Limited Use Policy (MANDATORY DISCLOSURE)

Influencersforce requests access to Google user data to automate influencer outreach and perform content audits. Our platform requires access to your Gmail (to read historical influencer communications and send cold outreach on your behalf) and YouTube (to read video metadata and audit influencer content).

Influencersforce's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, regarding Google API Data:

  1. Strictly Required Use: We only use Google data to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface (e.g., executing email outreach and auditing YouTube channels).
  2. No Data Selling: We do not and will never sell your Google data to third parties.
  3. No AI/ML Training: We do not use your Google Workspace APIs data (e.g., Gmail messages) to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or Machine Learning models.
  4. Limited Transfer: We only transfer Google data to others if necessary to provide or improve these user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  5. Human Access: Human reviewers at Influencersforce will not read your Google data unless: (a) we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages; (b) doing so is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating a bug or abuse); (c) to comply with applicable law; or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) to store and process your data. All data at rest and in transit is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your data with trusted third-party vendors (such as OpenAI/Gemini for LLM processing, Stripe for payments, and Google Cloud for hosting) strictly for the purpose of operating our Service. These processors are contractually obligated to secure your data and use it only for the exact purposes we specify.
