  • Account Information: Name, email, company details, billing information.
  • Brand DNA & Inputs: GTM strategy, product descriptions, and brand guidelines provided by you to instruct our AI Agents.
  • Third-Party OAuth Data: When you authorize our platform to connect to third-party services (such as Google/Gmail and YouTube), we collect authorization tokens and specific data sets authorized by you (see Section 3).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Influencersforce AI Agentic workflows.
  • Execute influencer discovery, channel audits, and automated outreach.
  • Process transactions and send related administrative communications.
  • Detect and prevent security incidents.

3. Google & YouTube API Services

Influencersforce uses YouTube API Services to gather public metadata for our internal AI Agent assessments. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube & Google Compliance Standards:

  • Google Privacy Policy: By using our platform, you additionally acknowledge and agree to the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Data Storage: We store YouTube API data (such as channel names, subscriber counts, and video metadata) securely on Google Cloud Platform for a maximum of 30 days to facilitate IRM functions.
  • Cookies: We use standard session cookies to maintain your authentication and secure your connection to Google APIs.
  • Revoking Access: You can monitor and revoke Influencersforce's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • No AI Training: We do not use data obtained via YouTube APIs to train generalized AI/ML models.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) to store and process your data. All data at rest and in transit is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your data with trusted third-party vendors (such as OpenAI/Gemini for LLM processing, Stripe for payments, and Google Cloud for hosting) strictly for the purpose of operating our Service. These processors are contractually obligated to secure your data and use it only for the exact purposes we specify.
